We’re Jessie & Stacey

We’re a mother-daughter team combining clinical expertise and evidence-based strategies to help your baby sleep.

  • Jessie is a pediatric critical care nurse, mom of four, and double-certified pediatric sleep consultant.

  • Stacey is a double certified sleep consultant, certified Integrative Feeding Specialist, and has over 25 years of experience.

Our goal is to give you clear, proven sleep strategies that bring more rest, peace, and joy to your home.

Course FAQ

  • This is a NO CRY approach. We do not expect newborns to have the skills to self-soothe and we will never ask you to let your newborn cry it out. This class helps you lay the foundation for healthy sleep for your newborn and ultimately decreases the overall amount of crying in the long run for your child.

  • Absolutely! This class is 100% breastfeeding friendly. Whether you breastfeed or bottle feed, you can lay the foundation for healthy sleep. It doesn't have to be one or the other.

  • We believe the American Academy of Pediatric's recommendation to avoid bedsharing is the safest way for your baby to sleep, however, almost everything in the Newborn Class can be applied to co-sleeping families as well!.

  • We recommend taking the class during your last 1-2 months of pregnancy, or anytime between 0-12 weeks of your baby being born.

  • The course starts now and never ends! It is a completely self-paced online course - you decide when you start and when you finish. You have lifetime access.
